In a large pot of cold water with a splash of milk... no lid.

Brought to a boil then heat turned off. Lid on until ready to serve.

Cut in bite size pieces and tossed in basil pesto.

Cukes...
Sliced and anointed with red wine vinegar.

Rustic Bread...
Thickly sliced, grilled with a drizzle of olive oil.
